 It's a new year and I have a lot I plan to accomplish for 2014. To begin this journey I must find my inner self and relax my thoughts. This will allow me to focus better and become a better person. Practicing relaxation or meditation is a great way to focus. A useful method to do this is by counting backwards from 10 and exhaling thoroughly. This helps you clear your mind. Personally, my favorite way to relax and meditate is with a hot cup of Black Chai Tea and magazines or catalogs. This allows me to endure every aspect of my thoughts and apply them generously to accomplish my goal. So my words of wisdom to you all today are simply...Stay focused.
